1. How do I open an account with Linde HKO?
To open a new account with Linde HKO, you will need to complete an account application form.
For company account, please complete the “ACCOUNT OPENING FORM” , sign with company chop and provide BR copy.
For personal account, please complete the “ACCOUNT OPENING FORM” and provide ID copy & address proof.

Once received your application, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. It will take 2 working days to complete the account opening procedures upon your fully completed application is received. A “Welcome Letter” with the account number will be sent to you once the account is created. You will receive it in the following 2 to 3 days.
2. What is the different between Cash on Delivery & Credit account types?
For Cash on Delivery (COD) account type, you have to pay cash / cheque on delivery. Cylinder deposit and the 1st month cylinder rental will be charged for each new add-on cylinder. Annual cylinder rental will be charged on the 1st day of next month if the cylinder is not returned at month end. Cylinder deposit & pro-rata unused annual cylinder rental will be refunded by cheque in about 4-8 weeks if cylinder is returned in good condition.
For credit account type, invoice will be sent to you after delivery, with payment due on the 20th of next month. Trade Deposit HK$3,500.00 is charged with credit limit amounted to HK$10,000.00 and has to be paid on or before delivery of 1st order. Trade deposit may be raised for increased credit amount and/or increased cylinder holding afterwards. First month cylinder rental is charged on the 1st order or order with add-on cylinder while monthly rental will be charged afterwards until the cylinder is returned. Trade deposit will be refunded by cheque in about 4-8 weeks if account is closed & all cylinders are returned in good condition.
3. How can I order from Linde HKO?

6. How can I amend or cancel my order?
a) To amend / cancel cylinder gas product orders (included the Liquid LGC) or equipment orders:
Dry Ice orders: If the order is at “open” status, please contact our Customer Service Centre for amendment or cancellation. If the order is at “completed” status, due to the particularity of product, we cannot provide the service for amendment or cancellation.
"Made-To" orders for cylinder gas product or equipment orders: Due to the particularity of product, we cannot provide the service for reduction or cancellation.
Non-"Made-To" orders for cylinder gas product or equipment orders: please contact our Customer Service Centre at least one working day before delivery day in advance.
